This is a digital poster designed for people to interact with on the website. Since this poster is for Satoshi Koa's movie festival, I chose the most iconic color from each movie appears on the poster. Besides, blending of imagination and reality is a consistent topic for Satoshi Kon's movies, so I decide to hide some information and add dramatic effect for this work.
Ozymandias

I was inspired by Percy Shelly's Ozymandias. Shelly describes the rise and fall of an ancient empire, which reminds me of a broader concept, the development of human civilization. When we cut down trees to build tall buildings and destroy nature to develop industries, have we ever thought about what our future will be like? Is it going to be like what Shelley described?
Mission and Vision of MICA

This is a motion graphic video for MICA mission and vision. I tired to visualize the core concepts that MICA wants to convey through the visual elements, so that people to get a general sense of MICA even without reading the text in the video. MICA color palette applies a monochrome palette and a full range of vibrant color. These saturated colors could catch people’s attention quickly. They are “simple,” but “strong.” According to this concept, I chose the most basic geometric shapes as the elements in this project.
